After your payment for one of our programs has cleared, you will receive an email with the login details needed to access your trading platform. Once this information has been emailed to you, no refunds will be issued. However, in certain special cases, we may offer a refund provided no trades have been made on the account. Dispute Policy

Clients who improperly dispute charges or request chargebacks with their bank will be permanently banned from the Platform. For any questions, please reach out to our email support.
